Jumping through a dark void was bad enough. Cyrene didn't need the shadowy voices. Thousands of voices screamed and wailed through the dark. Just the mere thought of those being spirits made her shudder. Before she knew it, she was back on her feet. She had expected crash landing into some disgusting sewer. Surprisingly, she landed right on her feet, on a concrete ground, filled with cracks. The lady was back on her feet and was already walking forward towards a small source of light, paying to heed whatsoever to Cyrene and the look of blank terror on her face. 'Cyrene, can you please move a little faster? I would appreciate it.', said the woman, a look of annoyance on her face. Cyrene stepped forward, oblivious to where she was stepping. Suddenly, a shiver ran through her body. What Cyrene saw next, shocked her real bad. An entire crown was seated in what suspiciously looked like a bar. They stood there, enjoying themselves, drinking, cheering and gossiping throughout the group. That was until Cyrene stepped in. The whole bar room went silent. Hundreds of eyes were upon her, eyeing her every move. The room became so silent she could hear the beating of her own heart against her chest. She shuffled nervously around her spot. 'Hi, guys.', she said, he voice shaking. Muffled whispers ran around the room. 'That's her? Honestly, I thought she would be like them', 'I don't believe it. A Jackson made it?', with occasional giggles around here and there. Cyrene was supremely confused.
The lady grabbed her hand a led her towards a massive iron door, with chains strung here and there. The door looked so frightening, Cyrene could only manage a word.
'Prison.', she whimpered.
'What?', asked the woman.
'Is this a prison? Am I really going to prison?', asked Cyrene, her voice barely heard.
The woman smiled, 'Nope. In fact, it's one of the safest places you'll ever be.'
She placed her palm on the door. With a loud whoosh and a few creaks, the door opened.
The lady turned towards her.
'Well, come on in, will you?'
